Shipping policy

Iris&Romeo currently ships to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Delivery times may take a little longer when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Once your order has been placed online, if you need to change or cancel it please contact us at care@irisandromeo.com.

 

We offer four shipping options: Free, Standard, Expedited, and International to Canada.  

a. Free (3-5 business days) when you spend $60 and over.

b. Standard (3-5 business days): $5 - if you spend less than $60

c. Expedited (Domestic only)  - FedEx 2 day (2 business days): $15

d. International (to Canada) - $15 (10-15 business days)

 

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order (and orders placed after 12 pm PT are processed the next business day).  Orders shipping to Canada are typically processed within 2-3 business days and should arrive within 18 business days.

You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
